It all started when…
Back in the beginning of the Hello Coffee story there were two dads who met at a garage sale… how Australian is that.
We discovered a shared love of coffee, tracked down an old coffee roaster and practised roasting while clutching beers and staring out at the waves we were not surfing. It wasn’t long before respective wives exchanged eye-rolls, a shed was leased and Hello Coffee was born.
Over the years the shed has been a gathering point for locals, an art gallery, an occasional theatre, a stage, and of course, a place for a good cup of coffee and a plate of fine food. As we have grown and learned, we've trained our focus on being a home of coffee supporting cafes, restaurants and pubs at home in the Otways and across Victoria - and of course you at home.
