How do I make great coffee?

You don’t need to spend a lot of money to make great coffee. Depending on what you’re after, you can go from a simple plunger to an expensive espresso machine, but the two most important items are freshly roasted beans and a grinder. We’ve got you covered with the beans and can help with a grinder. We even have a great, budget friendly one available in our online shop here.

Coffee goes stale quickly, and once ground it loses the volatile aromas in minutes. Grinding as you need it is the easiest way to improve your coffee at home, if you’re not already doing it. It also allows you to grind the coffee to the fineness you desire. Of course we can grind a bag for you if you like. In this instance, we recommend only buying as much as you expect to use in a week or two.

We’ve created 50g pouches of fresh coffee to provide a great value-add product for accommodation providers along the Great Ocean Road and the Otway region. How can I get your coffee in my cafe/restaurant?

Simply email or call us and we’d be happy to discuss options. Being a boutique roastery, we can tailor a product distinctly for you. Maybe you’d like a signature flavour to stand out from the crowd or a 2nd grinder offering a single-origin bean as a point of difference? We can even supply a great decaf blend and package it with a grinder.

Free delivery to the local area.

We are offering free coffee delivery to the local area (Skene’s Creek, Apollo Bay, Marengo). Just select that option in the online checkout & we’ll take it from there.

How long will it take to get my coffee?

We try to ship orders as soon as possible. If we have it in stock, it will be posted the next business day. If not, we post the day after roasting. We roast 1 to 2 times a week and deliberately don’t roast more than we expect to sell – ensuring what you receive is always fresh. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Paypal for all our online purchases. Or COD if you select the free local delivery option.
